John Robinson, the former President of Robinson Construction, Inc., founded in 1990 by Harry H. Robinson, and Mike O’Leary, the former President of Mike O’Leary Construction Services, Inc., founded in 2007, have joined forces to create a new, client-focused, general contracting organization known as Bulletproof Building Solutions, Inc., established in February 2024 to target the corporate and residential “Safe Room” industry. Maverick Construction Services, Inc. was filed as the company’s State-wide Assumed Name in 2025 to target the Commercial and Residential Construction markets. The company is not the result of a merger, rather a new Texas Corporation founded by Robinson and O’Leary, as individuals. Mr. Robinson has over 35 years of experience in construction, while Mr. O’Leary has well over 40 years of expertise in the industry.

What We Do

Maverick Construction Services, Inc. is a General Contracting company specializing in Commercial and Residential construction. As a General Contractor, Maverick works with business owners, municipalities (permitting), architects, engineers, and homeowners to provide a “turnkey” building experience from the design phase, through engineering and construction, and ultimately, completion of the project. We manage all details and oversee all phases of the project, from the foundation to finish out. We look forward to being your “one-stop-shop” for your new construction, remodeling, or repair projects from design build, room additions, patio covers, interior and exterior painting, kitchen and bath remodeling, rotted wood replacement, window and door replacement, etc. We also contract and manage all skilled trades, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, ensuring that each step of the process is done safely, correctly, and on time, while providing the business or homeowner with a true, “single-point-of-contact” throughout the entire construction process.
